The Twilight Zone was not only a fantastic piece of entertainment but an important part of American culture. Rod Serling’s famed series took a different approach to storytelling and influenced future generations for decades to come.
What really made the series stand out, was the intelligent writing and social commentary packed into each episode. On the surface, it might deal with sci-fi and fantasy, underneath we find very real issues like mental health, war, and prejudice.
